Cyser should be a mainstream tipple, it is that good, or at least my experience of it from Afon Mêl’s new Moon Juice tells me so.

Imbued with the sweetness of summer, the refreshing crispness of a cider, with the delicious sweetness of a mead. Underneath it, a hint of fresh, fruity acidity, so superior to most ciders, balances it and creates a really pleasant taste experience. I could keep on drinking this so easily. It reminds me of sun-sweetened apples, picked peak season, from the tree. If you’re partial to the natural crisp ciders, without the chemicals added, but like something a little sweeter, then this may just be your new go-to. I know I’ve become very fond of it. A wonderfully celebration of nature’s bounty.
